What we keep, and why.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the request form: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp, your role, and what you tell us about your yacht and how you prefer to be contacted. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising pixels today. If that changes, this page changes first.
Why
To arrange the private demo you asked for and to contact you about it, by the way you chose. If you ticked the box for news, to send you occasional news from Genntl; you can stop it with one reply.
Where it is kept
Requests are stored by Netlify, Inc. (United States), the company that hosts this site, in its form service. Only the Genntl team can read them. Nothing you send is placed in the public site or shared with anyone else.
For how long
Until the demo is arranged and the conversation ends, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Write to us through the request form or reply to any message from our team, and we answer within one business day.
The app
The Genntl platform itself, where a yacht's record is kept, has its own terms, agreed with each client at onboarding. The record belongs to the owner, and nobody outside the yacht sees it unless the owner shares it.
Sample data
Every system, name and figure shown on this site is sample data from a demonstration vessel. No real yacht, owner or captain is shown.
